Pedro Manuel, the Sustainable Rum Summit, an independent broker for craft distillers, with a passion for rum and sustainability. Aim is to promote sustainable business practices in the rum category through the online platform, where the industry can learn, share and connect. With the moonshot in mind for rum being the leading spirit category on sustainability from the grass to the glass.
